An end-of-life Henderson up & over in Hertford replaced with an Aluroll Classic 77 roller door — insulated, alarmed and Secured by Design, in black.
The Starting Point
The garage in Hertford had an end-of-life Henderson up & over door. Up & over gear takes up room at the front of the garage and needs space to swing out, so replacing it with a roller door reclaimed both the driveway space and the ceiling run.
What We Fitted
An Aluroll Classic roller door to Secured by Design specification, with 77mm insulated laths, finished in anthracite grey with matching trim throughout so the guides and hood read as one piece with the curtain.
This door is also alarmed — the alarm is built into the door itself, so the garage is protected without wiring it into a separate system.
